• Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our secure payment system.
   

4. Pickup Orders

• All online orders are pickup only. We do not offer delivery.

• Please arrive at your selected pickup time to collect your order.

• Orders not collected within a reasonable time may affect food quality, and we are not responsible for this.

• Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
   

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, except at our discretion.

• If we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be provided.

• No refunds will be given for change of mind or failure to collect your order.
   

6. Food & Allergies

• While we take care in preparing food, we cannot guarantee that dishes are free from allergens.

• Customers must inform us of any allergies when ordering.
